Wednesdays In The WORD is an Adult Bible Study and Small Groups discussion. This in depth teaching time is designed to motivate adults to dig, discuss, and do (put in to practice) the Word of God. A variety of topics are offered in a year's time to help each person have a balanced spiritual life.  The Adult Bible Study meets every Wednesday evening beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Church's Sanctuary.  Becky Benner is currently leading the Bible Study.

REMEMBER!!
The 3rd Sunday of every month is
Great Commission Sunday

What is the Great Commission?

"Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son,
and the Holy Spirit"  (Matthew 28:19)

We can do our part by:

1) Bring in loose change for the Kid Power Offering;

2) Bring in 1 or 2 can goods for the Food Pantry; and

3) Invite someone to church!!

Next Great Commission Sunday
is January 18, 2009

The Food Pantry ministry seeks to feed the body as well as touch the soul of the needy in our community. As local grocery stores make breads and pastries available to us, we distribute them twice weekly. Also available on a quarterly basis, per family, are a variety of canned and dry goods.  Please contact the Church office and leave a message if you have a need for assistance for food or if you would like to make a donation to the Food Pantry.  All messages are returned during regularly scheduled office hours if you leave your name and phone number.

Food Pantry Bread Distribution on Tuesdays and Fridays beginning at 2:00 p.m.

RealMEN is a monthly men's gathering that utilizes fellowship to reach their brothers, discipleship to challenge each other to grow spiritually and emotionally, and service to show the love of God by meeting practical needs in our congregation and community.  RealMEN love Jesus and their families.  RealMEN meet on the third Saturday of every month at 9:00 a.m. at the church.  The group is involved with the Sister Church Prayer Meeting which meets at 9:00 a.m. every third Saturday of the month.
